Return & Cancellation Policy


DigitalRoop believes that we provide our customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. Thus, once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. However, it is not a perfect world hence read further.


If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or product is damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at +91 9930804768 or email us at mentioning your Order ID within one week of receiving the product. 

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. For feedback to our quality assurance process and delivery services, we might ask you to ship the product back to us. In such scenarios, we will provide you a pickup or a reimbursement of the shipping fee.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery;

Once the returned product is received by DigitalRoop, you’ll be informed when you shall receive an acknowledgement via email regarding details of replacement, duration and shipping information.

Can I get a refund on my returned order?
We truly believe that a DigitalRoop buyer will never go displeased with our service. Hence, we only provide replacement for validated returned orders. Orders once placed, cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange my returned product for another product of my choice?
If the product ordered by you was returned due to above stated reasons, you’re entitled to ask for a replacement while you contact us. Please mention the same in your mail or call to us. We will try to provide the same subject to stock availability.
